We accept payment via PayPal. PayPal will allow you to use your PayPal account or use a major credit card
What are your shirts made of?
We use 100% cotton, heavy duty t-shirts (Ash is 90 cotton/10 polyester). The designs are professionally silk screened. Shirts are PRE-SHRUNK and will not shirt much if at all. The vast majority of the shirts are Gildan, but at times we may also use a comparable item from Fruit of The Loom, Hanes, Anvil, Bella or Jerzees
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We offer both a refund or exchange option (same design only). Shipping is not refundable and refunds without an exchange are subject to restocking fees. For a return authorization form please e-mail us at sales@gobigcity.com with the word RETURN in the subject line
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are $5.99 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item. We also offer international shipping for a standardized additional cost based on USPS current rates.
When will I receive my order?
Orders will be shipped in about 2-3 business days. (Please don’t count the day you placed the order). It will take between 2-5 days to arrive, depending on USPS and the time of year. During most of the year, you will have your shirts 3-5 business days after you place your order. We will e-mail you a tracking number when it ships. If you need it immediately, use UPS.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Scroll down for SHIPPING SCHEDULE! We offer UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day air for your convenience for an additional cost. The shirts ship the NEXT BIZ day, not the same day, as each shirt is custom made. UPS is delivered M-F and there are no deliveries Sat or Sun. and any packages delayed due to the weather (snow, ice, etc.) will be sent the next business day. Please choose the appropriate method upon checkout.
How do I contact you?
The best way to contact us and get a fast reply is via email. Our goal is to answer all emails within 24 hours.
There is a problem with my order. How do I get it resolved?
Let us know if there is a problem by choosing the appropriate description on our CONTACT US page. We will investigate and if we find an issue, we will take care of you. We will ask for a photo to save time. We will do whatever it takes to make things right.
Can I cancel and order once it has been placed and paid for?
Unfortunately our system is automated and all orders go into processing immediately. With thousands of orders, it would be impossible to track it down during production. You are welcome to use our return/exchange program once you have received your order.
USPS and UPS Shipping
- USPS ships in about 1-3 business days. It takes 2-5 days to get there. Outside the US it takes a 1-2 weeks, plus. Please don’t count Sat or Sundays.
- UPS ships the NEXT business day and then it will be delivered 1 or 2 days from SHIPMENT date.
For UPS Only!
- If you order Monday, it will be shipped on Tuesday and arrive on Wednesday for 1 day UPS and Thursday for 2 day UPS.
- If you order Tuesday, it will be shipped on Wednesday and arrive on Thursday for 1 day UPS and Friday for 2 day UPS.
- If you order Wednesday, it will be shipped on Thursday and arrive on Friday for 1 day UPS and Monday for 2 day UPS.
- If you order Thursday, it will be shipped on Friday and arrive on Monday for 1 day UPS and Tuesday for 2 day UPS.
- If you order Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday and arrive on Tuesday for 1 day UPS and Wednesday for 2 day UPS.
